We
tend to classify our engineers using the generally recognised
oil and gas/consulting and design engineering grades
below:
• Graduates
(0-3 years relevant experience)
• Engineers
(3-5 years relevant experience)
• Senior Engineer
(5-10 years relevant experience)
• Principal Engineers
(more than 10 years relevant experience)
In addition, we also have categories which recognise
the specialist nature of our services and related expertise
of these engineers, namely:
• Consultant
(10 years minimum specialist experience and higher degree)
• Technical Specialist
(5 years min. specialist
experience and higher degree)
Our Design
Projects (pipelines
and/or structures) are managed by dedicated Project
Managers, who will normally be at a Principal Engineer
level (i.e. with minimum 10 years’ relevant experience)
and will also have a minimum three years’ project
management experience.
Our Consulting Projects
are smaller in size and run using smaller teams (one
to three engineers) and are generally managed by the
individual senior specialist engineer and, depending
on the complexity, this could either be the Consultant
or the Technical Specialist.
Our experience by industry recognised categories is
summarised in the table below, making up the total of
our 39 engineers.
| Grade |
Number of Engineers |
| Principal Engineers |
19 |
| Senior Engineers |

In addition to these standard
categories, as noted above, we also categorise our personnel
into two additional categories as a result of their
specialist capabilities as shown in the table below.

Number of Engineers |
| Consultant Engineers |
19 |
| Technical Specialists |

More than ten of our engineering
staff can also be classified as Project Managers.
