Technical Excellence, Delivered on Time

Founded to pioneer new standards of engineering excellence, KW is now firmly established as a premier force in international pipeline engineering. Our rapid ascendancy and enviable track record of success are driven by technical expertise, innovative vision and sharp customer focus. Our highly experienced team of pipeline engineers is supported by industry-leading technical specialists in structural mechanics, FEA, geotechnics and materials technology.

A rigorous approach to project management, unswerving quality control and our exceptional CAD team complete the picture. Seamless integration of key technical disciplines allows innovation to flourish in our approach to complex design challenges. This enables us to deliver fresh, effective and economical design solutions within the tight schedules required by today’s fast-track developments.

KW undertake design projects for both pipelay contractors (as part of EPC projects) and for Operators. In the North Sea we are very experienced in Subsea Tie-back Projects, producing from HPHT reservoirs and requiring smaller diameter pipe-in-pipe or insulated pipelines.

Away from the North Sea we are working with clients in North Africa and the Mediterranean for both shallow and deep water field developments, encompassing flowlines, intrafield and trunklines, subsea structures, manifolds, risers and shore works.

We undertake projects in deepwater locations including West Africa and are continuously enhancing our deep and ultra deepwater capability, where again we see particular added value through our technology edge.

• Traditional subsea pipeline systems
• Manifolds and other subsea structures
• Risers and spools
• Shore approach
• Subsea tie-backs
• HPHT fields
• Pipe-in-pipe and insulated pipelines
• Deep and ultra-deep waters
• Exotic materials
• Highly undulating seabeds
• Challenging environments and soil conditions
