Valentine Maritime (Gulf) L.L.C. 2008 Detailed design of two 10” water injection pipelines replacing the existing lines between O-ZB and N-B platforms with lengths of 1.2km and 1.6km.
North Bardawil CTC/Petrobel 2008 Detailed design of 2 umbilicals: 17km main umbilical between Barboni Platform and Zaraf well and 7km infield umbilical between Zaraf and Assad wells in North Bardawil field. Scope included routing, installation, crossing and stability.

GUPCO 2007 Detailed design of a 5km x 12” replacement pipeline and 2 tie-in spoolpieces between East Tanka and October J platforms due to failure by internal corrosion.
Damaged Pipeline Evaluation and Repair Confidential 2007 Assist survey inspection operations; assess repair solutions for 22” pipeline. Scope includes supplying technical speciality offshore and evaluation of damage and performing a full integrity assessment for the damaged sections.
West Ashrafi Umbilical CTC 2007 Detailed design of 8.5km service umbilical for the Ashrafi field. Scope included routing, freespan, crossing design, installation analysis and shore pull analysis.

Saqqara Pipeline BP 2007 Comprehensive integrity management assessment for the Saqqara 16-inch production line as well as 8-inch gas lift riser. Scope included risk assessment for each element of the Saqqara pipeline system which was used to define an inspection and monitoring plan as part of PIM scheme.
TGPS Turkey to Greece Pipeline Oztas-Peker JV 2006 Detailed design of the offshore section of the Turkey to Greece pipeline that crosses the Bosphorus. This is a 36” gas trunkline, reaching a maximum water depth of 60m. Scope included burial, stability and protection design for the shipping channel and the design of the two shore approaches.
North Idku Pipelines NIPETCO 2006 Structural design review for Platforms and topsides for the two main platforms in North Idku field. Scope of work included a full review and calculation of projected weight for the four pile jacket and foundation, and assessment of using a 3 leg configuration system.

Western Desert to Dashour Pipeline GUPCO 2006 Engineering of a first stage repair programme for 8-inch pipeline to assess integrity and reduce the risk of failure to acceptable levels prior to a more comprehensive rehabilitation programme being undertaken.
DNV IPIC & Petrojet Inspection DNV 2006 Pipeline inspection and supervision on concrete coating procedure for El-Arish to Ashqelon 26-inch pipeline at Petrojet coating yard in Port Said.
Technical Training Programme Petroleum Marine Services (PMS) 2005/6 Provided pipeline engineering technical training course to PMS engineers covering main concepts of pipeline design.
Raven Field BP 2006 Performed conceptual studies for the BP Raven deepwater gas development. Work included review of pipeline installation across deepwater channel soft foundations for manifolds and assessment of seabed movements.
Duba Petroluem Marine Services (PMS) 2004 Performed the installation engineering for a novel floatover of a new deck for the offloading platform located on the coastline of the Persian Gulf. Undertook structural checks for barge and determined strengthening requirements.
Duba Petrojet 2005 Pile driveability analysis for Duba Project Onshore section to ensure appropriate piling technique.
ESMA II GUPCO 2005 Performed a design review and risk assessment of the ESMA II pipeline configuration and operating conditions to determine the fitness for purpose for the remaining operational life.
Saqqara Early Production System GUPCO 2005 Internal corrosion analysis and materials selection study for temporary early production system for the GUPCO Saqqara project.

Gulf of Aqaba Inspection Database and Pipeline Engineering Training Course EGC 2005 Provided technical training course to EGC engineers covering main concepts of pipeline design.
Agiba Ashrafi Field Impresub 2005 Performed route design engineering for 8-inch gas lift pipeline during the pre-engineering survey to choose the most appropriate route through the Ashtrafi field in the Red Sea.
Sidi Krir Pre-QMS Enppi 2002 Provided a technical report as part of the overall feasibility study for a new marine filling station at Sidi Kerir Terminal, Alexandria in Egypt. Fuel oil and diesel oil will be offloaded (1000 to 3000 tonne/hr) from tankers (500 to 5000 tonne) at an existing SBM/PLEM via replacement 2 x 5.5km long offshore loading lines and 2 x 1km onshore pipelines.
Gulf of Aqaba Pipeline East Gas Company (EGC) 2001/02 Project management, detailed design, installation and commissioning supervision for a 17 km x 36” pipeline crossing the Gulf of Aqaba in 900m water depths. The project presented numerous technical challenges due to the water depth, the uneven seabed terrain, seismic conditions and the environmental constraints. It remains to-date the deepest water 36” installed and the first pipeline approved by DnV without hydrotesting.
